How many people can fit in a room?
All of our games can hold up to 10 people. You only have to book for 2 people to reserve a room (more can be added in person), but its easier to reserve for everyone.
Are we actually locked in the room?
No, you are always able to exit any of our game rooms at any time if you are feeling uncomfortable, unwell, or need to use the restroom. The entrance doors to the rooms stay unlocked at all times.
Are the rooms kid and family friendly?
Yes! Everything we build is family friendly and is made for people of all ages. There are no live actors, jump scares or intense effects.
Do we win anything if we escape in time?
We have a leaderboard of the top 3 fastest escape times for all of our rooms. If you beat 1st place, your group receives 50% off your next game! 2nd = 40% off next game! 3rd = 30% off your next game!
Are there any strobing or flashing lights?
Yes. Our games contain some indirect and very mild flashing light sequences that may affect players with highly photosensitivity conditions. There are no direct “in-your-face” light patterns or overwhelming sound effects.
How many hints do we get?
There is no limit for requesting hints. However, to be eligible for the leaderboards we restrict direct hints to 3. These are assessed at our game masters’ discretion.
Are the rooms wheelchair accessible?
Yes! All of our rooms are wheelchair accessible. However, our Creepy Carnival room does have some limitations, please give us a call to get complete details!
How many rooms are in each game?
All of our games are “multi-room” experiences. But if we told you exactly how many, it would ruin the surprise!
